Male and female athletes ages 12-21 who participate in any sport are encouraged to take advantage of a FREE 60 minute athletic training session. These sessions concentrate on functional movements that are relative to sport through resistance training. We focus on flexibility, core strength, explosive movements, power, and overall body development while safety and technique continue to be the main concern.
Athletes who choose to train at Set The Tone can expect improved strength, power, speed, quickness, agility, flexibility and balance.
These athletes will get access to non-stop coaching during a structured workout in a small group setting which results in HUNDREDS of reps in each session! Every week will be a new workout! They will get access to strength and power stations using BRAND NEW equipment on our all-purpose floor and also speed and agility stations on over 550 square-feet of turf. Bring a teammate to help your team win big during the off-season!
