We offer small-group training sessions to help you gain strength and feel better overall. Our resistance training sessions are full-body, functional circuits with a focus on core stability. SET THE TONE
The Set the Tone Program allows all fitness levels to improve their quality of life. We use resistance training to increase mobility, flexibility, and strength while focusing on the use of your core to perform these functional movements. As a member in our sessions, you can work at your own pace and choose the amount of weight you use. You will be coached on each movement to prevent injury and yield the most benefits over time. We can easily modify any exercises that don’t fit for you due to injury or fitness level.
